Question - What payments do you accept?


Answer - We accept Credit and Debit card payments via CASHAPP and Paypal. 
We accept cash for in-person transactions. We do not accept checks at this time.


Question - Do you offer payment plans?

Answer - We do not offer any kind of payment plan. When booking an appointment for a music video or event a deposit of 50% is due. For a music video, the remaining balance is due once the video is completed, for an event the remaining balance is due at the time of service. 

Question - Where are you located?

Answer - We are located in Maine, however, we travel often and spend time all over the country from Maine to California. Most often, we can travel most readily around the New England area for most of the year. If you need something further away, we can always plan with enough time!

Question - Who owns the photos and videos you take of me and/or my family?

Answer - You will own copies of your photos and videos, and we will also store them for you for no additional fee for 90 days. During that time, we may use the photos or videos in our own promotions. You can choose the order prints and other items directly through our Google photo website.

Question - What if I am not satisfied with my video or photo or promo results?

Answer - We can offer a reshoot at a discount of 50% off. And if it's a promo we do not offer refunds, because the promo is fluid. Results may vary. We do not offer refunds on services provided. We can offer refunds on instrumentals as long as they were never published. We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.
